Terms of Service

Usage:

  • All commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY

  • You are NOT allowed to use the art for AI training or NFT

  • Kindly credit the artist (@sparkiillust) when posting online

Payment:

  • Mode of payment through GCASH only

  • Commissions can be paid either full 100% upfront or 50% before I start and 50% once the artwork is finished

  • Refunds are NOT allowed unless something has come up and I am unable to finish the piece or I have not started on the piece

Other:

  • I recieve the right to decline a commission request

  • Commissions may be uploaded to my social media/used as a commission sample. Kindly indicate in advance if it is a private commission

  • Minor revisions are allowed if it is my mistake (eg: I missed a detail or had an error in color ) major revisions are only allowed during the sketch phase

  • As it is a chibi, Some details in the design may be simplified

  • Solo - ₱250

  • Couple - ₱500

  • • Includes simple bg elements

  • • 2000x2000px square canvas

  • • Detailed designs may be simplified

  • • GCASH payment only

  • TAT: 3 days to a week
